Serbian bands in the vilayet of Kosovo and the vilayet of Manastir during the years 1903-1908
This paper will examine the structure, funding, and operational forms of Serbian bands in the Vilayet of Kosovo and the Vilayet of Manastir during the early 20th century. Additionally, it will explore the numerous crimes perpetrated by the Chetniks against the civilian population, along with their confrontations with Bulgarian bands, Ottoman troops, and Albanians. We are mainly based on the results of European and Balkan historiography; specifically, we have relied on the telegrams from “Reuters” news agency, as reported by the British press and located within “The British Newspaper Archive”. We have also utilized British documents from that period, which provide significant information into the funding of the Serbian bands.

Në fillim të këtij studimi është dhënë një
program kombëtar i botuar nga Hil Mosi në Stamboll, në vitin 1910. Po
ashtu, është analizuar edhe një letër të hapur që iu drejtohej deputetëve
shqiptarë në Parlamentin Osman. Përveç këtyre, shtjellohen edhe këndvështrimet
e Hil Mosit mbi çarmatosjen e shqiptarëve nga Qeveria Osmane,
pastaj janë shqyrtuar vlerësimet e tij për ortodoksët shqiptarë, për
shkollat shqipe dhe çështje të tjera që kanë bëjnë me shqiptarët dhe
Perandorinë Osmane.
