Modeling and simulation of an induction motor
Due to their affordability, dependability, and longevity, induction motors are among the most widely used motors. The induction motor is modeled and simulated within a stationary reference frame using the qd0 transformation theory. The motor's dynamic activity is captured by the differential equations of the system. MATLAB/SIMULINK is used to carry out simulations, which concentrate on important motor output parameters as phase current, motor speed, and electromagnetic torque. The benefits of applying the qd0 transformation theory to motor modeling are amply illustrated by the simulation results.
Inteligjenca artificiale dhe ndikimi i saj në jetën e përditëshme
Artificial Intelligence (AI) employs sophisticated algorithms to meticulously examine vast datasets, uncovering intricate patterns and establishing fundamental principles. For instance, it autonomously discerns and flags spam emails by assimilating extensive email data, progressively refining its identification process through continuous learning. Similarly, AI is adept at scrutinizing numerous images, effortlessly identifying and categorizing individuals’ faces within them. Through deep learning methodologies, AI autonomously hones its analytical prowess by ingesting copious amounts of data, thereby enhancing its cognitive capabilities without explicit human intervention. A notable example is ‘Aspect Point Detection’ or ‘Feature Quantity’ analysis, which undergoes evolutionary refinement as the AI algorithms iteratively analyze and adapt to new data inputs. In this paper through examples of our AI research we will try to explain AI related research history and current status including hardware and software.
Simplified Fuzzy logic and PID controller design for industrial processes
Several industrial processes are getting complicated day by day introducing an unstable higher order model. The proportional integral derivative (PID) controller is the most widely used control strategy in industry, due to their robust performance in a wide range of operating conditions and their simple tuning methods. This paper presents the design of PID controller using Ziegler - Nichols (ZN) tuning technique for controlling the higher order system. For the same purpose, a Fuzzy logic controller (FLC) using smaller rule set is proposed. Simulation results are demonstrated using MATLAB. Performance analysis shows the effectiveness of the designed Fuzzy logic controller as compared to the ZN tuned PID controller.
